OVERVIEW OF THE ROLE

We are seeking a Deputy Director of Marketing with extensive experience in digital advertising, social media, content creation, HubSpot, and event planning that enjoys working in a dynamic environment where attention to detail, creativity, and teamwork are essential.. This role will work closely with, and report to, the Director of Marketing, and the Company’s executive team, to market the Company through multiple mediums – including both traditional and digital media.

JOB FUNCTIONS

  • Support the implementation, optimization, and ongoing management of HubSpot

  • Assist with external (public) event planning by coordinating logistics, marketing materials, promotions, and follow-up for conferences and events attended by the Company’s sales team

  • Strategize creative ideas for new marketing initiatives

  • Collaborate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure consistent brand messaging

  • Help develop and execute comprehensive digital and traditional marketing campaigns across multiple channels

  • Assist with the creation and management of digital content, including social media posts, blogs, email newsletters, and podcast/video scripts

  • Track, maintain, and prepare performance reports for marketing campaigns and events

  • Provide internal marketing support for staff, including marketing requests, communications, and coordination of Bridgeford team events

  • Work collaboratively across internal teams and with the Company’s leadership on marketing initiatives and implementations

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 8+ years of marketing experience, preferably with a focus on digital advertising and event planning

  • Demonstrated experience with HubSpot

  • Extensive experience with social media platforms and managing those for businesses

  • Strong communication, collaboration, and project-management skills

OFFERED COMPENSATION PACKAGE

  • Competitive base salary

  • Discretionary annual bonus based on performance of Company and employee (estimated to be $5k+)

  • Employer profit share 401(k) contribution of 10% of base salary + bonus (no employee match required – subject to Company’s Plan Rules)
