First Premier Bank: Senior Marketing Content Associate
About the Role
Concept, write and produce multi-channel (traditional, digital and social) content for external and internal marketing campaigns. Support PREMIER Corporate Communications with writing and content development (including shooting and editing internal videos) and providing tactical support for corporate events and programs when needed.
Job Duties and Responsibilities
Contribute to the development of cohesive, marketing campaigns by writing copy and assisting with visual concepts for internal and external campaigns that align with First PREMIER Bank’s business objectives and marketing goals.
Support PREMIER’s corporate communications by writing and producing content including Executive Leadership communications, press releases and videos.
Brainstorm and collaborate with Digital team to optimize content, visuals and SEO for firstpremier.com.
Assist teams with content calendars, copy and videos for PREMIER’s employee intranet.
Support unique fulfillment requirements of our corporate sponsorship and donor agreements.
Write copy and produce content for First PREMIER Bank’s social media by attending events, capturing imagery/video, assembling and publishing content.
Skills and Qualifications
Ability to concept and write within the brand voice for various platforms. Experience with internal and social video shooting and editing ideal.
Project and time management skills, with an ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines with a high degree of organization and accuracy.
Self-directed with strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy of work.
Understand and effectively use standard Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Cloud software packages.
Creative thinker with emphasis on teamwork and ability to collaborate across multiple teams.
Proactive communicator with strong oral and written communication skills.
More than 7 years of professional marketing experience required.
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications, or any related field is preferred.
Experience within the financial industry is preferred.
