Lawrence & Schiller: Digital Coordinator
Lawrence & Schiller is looking for a collaborative, enthusiastic, self-motivated Digital Coordinator to join their team and help lead digital projects for clients in healthcare, tourism, education and more. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Collaborating with Digital Strategists to lead website development, email campaigns and social media strategies from definition of goals to project development and execution.
Coordinating with digital, media and creative team members to keep projects on track and launch within project scope, timeline and budget all while exceeding client expectations.
Creating detailed, technical scopes of work that include project goals, strategy/approach, budget and timeline.
Advising on and implementing digital marketing best practices for web, email and social including search engine optimization (SEO) and accessibility guidelines.
Building website pages and tools using a content management system (CMS).
Building email campaigns using an email service provider (Campaign Monitor, Mailchimp, etc.).
Executing social media strategies and reporting using 3rd party tools and/or native platforms.
Assisting with ongoing website optimizations, email and mobile (SMS) programs, customer relationship management (CRM) programs and social media campaigns including the development of user journeys, messaging, deployment, tracking and reporting.
Becoming well-versed in website analytics (Google Analytics) to interpret site conversions, usability and other findings for clients and teams to develop new ideas and organic growth.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications or related field
Positive attitude and professional demeanor
Advanced internet user with excellent digital skills and the ability to learn new programs, platforms and processes
Experience with social media, search engines, websites, email marketing and digital marketing
Superior time management skills and the ability to work with minimal supervision while maintaining focus and productivity
Outstanding oral communicator and technical writer
Ability to quickly adapt to new information, situations and fast-turn timelines
High-level knowledge of HTML, web design and user experience (UX) is a plus
1-3 years of professional experience is preferred but not required
