Matt Jensen Marketing: Advertising Account Manager
We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Advertising Account Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Account Executives in the planning, execution, and delivery of advertising campaigns for our clients. The Advertising Account Manager will be responsible for ensuring that all campaigns are executed on time and on budget while maintaining high standards of quality and effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
● Assist Account Executives with project coordination and communication with clients and internal teams
● Help in the development of project timelines and ensure adherence to deadlines.
● Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, media planning, and production, to ensure the successful delivery of campaigns.
● Assist in the preparation of client reports and presentations.
● Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation and files.
● Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to the Account Executive.
● Participate in client meetings and presentations as required.
● Stay current on industry trends and best practices in advertising and marketing.
Qualifications:
● Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, or related field.
● 1-2 years of experience in advertising or marketing, with a focus on project coordination and account management.
● Excellent communication, organization, and time management skills.
● Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
● Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
● Familiarity with project management software and tools is a plus.
● Knowledge of digital advertising and social media platforms is preferred.
