Simply Perfect: Marketing Strategist

Overview

We are seeking a creative, strategic, and hands-on Marketing Strategist to lead the planning, development, and execution of marketing initiatives across all channels. This role plays a critical part in building brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and driving business growth through compelling storytelling, data-driven campaigns, and cohesive brand messaging.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute integrated, multichannel marketing strategies aligned with company goals

  • Lead day-to-day execution of campaigns across digital, print, social media, email, paid advertising, and events

  • Oversee content creation and ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms

  • Manage, analyze, and optimize paid advertising campaigns to maximize ROI

  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure cohesive and on-brand communications

  • Track performance metrics, analyze results, and produce regular marketing reports

  • Plan and execute promotional events, partnerships, and brand activations

  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective allocation of resources

  • Oversee and execute the strategic marketing vision for website content and advertising

  • Collaborate with web developers on website design, development, and updates

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and provide helpful after-sales support

  • Design and coordinate print and digital marketing materials

  • Manage social media strategy, including content planning, audience research, and performance tracking

Preferred Qualifications & Skills

  • Proven experience in marketing strategy, social media, or content creation

  • Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and brand communication skills

  • Experience in retail or e-commerce environments preferred

  • Working knowledge of major social platforms (Instagram, Facebook, etc.)

  • Graphic design experience or familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite

  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns, deadlines, and content calendars simultaneously

  • Strong eye for aesthetics and brand consistency

  • Photography or product styling experience is a plus

  • Basic website management experience or ability to collaborate effectively with developers
