Art Vision, PLLC, is a state-of-the-art vision facility that was personally designed by Dr. Alison R. Tendler to meet the unique needs of each patient. Each team member is expected to abide by the core values of People, Professionalism, Productivity, and Positivity.
Job Summary:
Anything that touches the lives/minds of our customers, either inside our walls, or outside our walls that projects our brand/image and is used to grow/promote/protect our business.
Assists the Leadership team with creating and executing brand and marketing strategies and provides strategic partnerships. Implements marketing campaigns and initiatives. Manages marketing and sales for multiple products and business within ART Vision. Manages external consultants.
Develops strategies to drive business while maintaining alignment with brand standards and sales strategies. Manages content, messaging, and execution of marketing campaigns and sales tools. Manages budget and meets with leaders for planning, execution, and collaboration.
Provides clear direction and vision to others (vendors, interns, etc.). Monitors industry trends and identifies and executes on opportunities
Responsibilities:
Be a partner in achievement of company goals through marketing efforts
Work with the Leadership team to plan and create marketing/advertising plans including but not limited to blogs, emails, social media content, website updates, and ads in achieving company rocks and goals
Monitor & optimize marketing efforts
Conduct brand analysis
Communicate results to the Leadership team
Follow emerging technologies or trends that would allow the business to more
effectively achieve its marketing objectives.Maintain website policy updates and ensure all web pages comply with
regulatory/legal, privacy HIPAA, and security guidelines
Establish and maintain relations with all vendors for advertising/marketing needs
Manage marketing budget (print and digital) to ensure wise use of budget for
ROIImplement social media strategy and create content needed to achieve social
media growth, in return, driving company growth via clients and salesHave a baseline knowledge of how to write and create content that is optimized
for digital (baseline copy, design and social media skills are essential)Create and schedule strategy and content (or work with partners to maintain and
execute) for various tactics, including but not limited to:Emails
Blogs with SEO focus
Articles
Website with ADA compliance and SEO focus
Ads
Respond to customer messages and communications via different channels
Generate leads/reviews/referrals thought marketing and advertising strategies
Strategic use of data for planning and implementation
Brand promotion/consumer engagement
Provide analytics & reporting to make marketing decisions
Maximize brand cohesiveness between business entities
Manage and train interns to help assist you in this role
Perform duties and assume other responsibilities, as assigned
