Blend: Marketing and Content Manager

Blend is expanding our Sales and Marketing team and we’re on the lookout for someone who can help us elevate our strategy, track and manage performance, and help demonstrate why Blend is one of the best in the industry. 

Responsibilities

The responsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to:

  • Manage Blend’s content strategy – including ideation and asset coordination

  • Track the performance of Blend’s content as a business asset while also tracking industry trends and new ideas

  • Lead content optimization strategies on our website, including audience building, content personalization, and experimentation

  • Assist in coordinating internal and external resources alongside our project management team to execute quarterly and annual digital strategies for Blend Interactive

  • Lead tracking and reporting efforts on Blend’s website, organic efforts, and paid campaigns – bringing insights, recommendations, and updates on key metrics

  • Maintain Blend’s Google Analytics properties and goals alongside dashboards and reports within Hubspot

  • Help maintain Blend’s social media presence, including monitoring, posting, scheduling, and reporting insights

  • Help maintain, coordinate, and execute Blend’s editorial calendar, including site content, social, and placements within third-party publications

  • Manage Blend’s ongoing newsletters — including content coordination, email building, testing, and reporting

  • Assist in campaign setup including audience building, workflow creation, and more in Hubspot

  • Help identify new leads and areas of opportunity using data and reporting in Hubspot

  • Assist in lead scoring and engagement strategies using Hubspot

  • May be asked to write and produce various types of content to expand our company’s digital footprint, awareness, subscribers, and leads

What we're looking for

We’re looking for someone with at least 3-4 years of experience executing marketing campaigns and content strategies and: 

  • Enjoys working on a team

  • Has a strong sense of organization and time management, and can understand department goals and anticipate the needs of a campaign or project

  • Is willing to learn new things and isn’t afraid to do some digging to find answers

  • Experience with digital marketing and content management

Bonus points

  • Experience with tools such as Hubspot and project tracking systems

  • Has experience setting up goal tracking in Google Analytics and Tag Manager

  • Enjoys creative writing
