Caliber: Digital Media Coordinator
Caliber is looking for a Digital Media Coordinator who’s ready to jump into the world of paid media, analytics, and campaign management. You’ll work closely with our media partners, account teams, and creative pros to plan, launch, monitor, and optimize campaigns that deliver measurable results.
This is a hands-on role—perfect for someone detail-oriented, eager to learn, and excited to work on campaigns that span search, social, programmatic, video, and beyond. This position is on-site at our office located in Sioux Falls, SD.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Assist in planning, launching, and managing digital media campaigns across platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok, and more
Monitor campaign performance daily, providing insights and optimizations to improve results
Collaborate with account managers to align campaigns with client goals
Help manage budgets, pacing, and reporting to ensure campaigns stay on track
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, and competitive analysis to inform strategy
Pull reports, analyze data, and translate findings into clear, actionable insights for clients
Stay on top of platform updates, algorithm changes, and emerging trends in the digital media space
Support the creative team with ad copy testing, asset specs, and performance-based recommendations
Who You Are:
1–2 years of experience in digital marketing, paid media, or related fields
Familiarity with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and/or other paid media platforms
Strong analytical mindset—you love making sense of numbers and finding patterns
Highly organized and detail-oriented, with the ability to juggle multiple campaigns
Excellent communicator who can work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, results-driven environment
Bonus: Google Ads or Meta Blueprint certifications, familiarity with programmatic platforms, or experience with Google Tag Manager/Analytics
