We are looking for a skilled Traffic & Production Manager to enhance our operational efficiency.
Job Summary:
The Traffic & Production Manager will oversee the workflow and production processes within the agency, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within scope, and at the highest quality. This role is instrumental in optimizing resource allocation, managing project timelines, and facilitating communication among various teams. The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented leader with a strong understanding of marketing production processes. This position is based on-site in our Sioux Falls, SD office.
What You’ll Be Doing:
Manage the end-to-end production process for all marketing projects, ensuring efficient scheduling and resource allocation.
Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and other departments to establish project timelines and deliverables.
Monitor project progress and proactively identify and address potential bottlenecks and challenges.
Maintain a comprehensive project management system to track project status, deadlines, and team assignments.
Facilitate weekly production meetings to review project timelines, prioritize tasks, and discuss any resource needs.
Develop and implement best practices for production workflow to improve efficiency and quality.
Ensure that all projects adhere to client expectations and agency standards, conducting quality control checks.
Prepare and analyze production reports to assess productivity, cost efficiency, and project performance.
Serve as a mentor to junior production staff, providing guidance and support for their professional development.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field preferred.
3+ years of experience in project management, traffic management, or production in a marketing agency or related environment.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen eye for detail.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to work effectively across teams.
Proficiency in project management tools and software; familiarity with digital marketing practices is a plus.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage competing deadlines.
Problem-solving mindset, with the ability to adapt to changes and facilitate creative solutions.
Leadership qualities with a focus on teamwork and collaboration.
