Job Details

We’re looking for a talented designer to join our creative team and lead the design efforts across a variety of projects and clients, including involvement in digital marketing campaigns from concept to completion, website design, and branding initiatives, ensuring high-quality deliverables that align with client goals and agency standards. Most importantly, this person should bring an artistic flair and energy to each and every project–brainstorming new ideas and inspiring team members, clients, and the consumers to take action.

This involves production of social media graphics, banner ads, email templates, animated GIFs, presentation decks, webpage mockups, style guides and more.

Day-to-Day Expectations

  • Excellent communication with Director of Creative and other team members on an ongoing basis to receive feedback and ensure deadlines are being met

  • Contribute elevated design ideas and follow-through with visual production

  • Guide & produce digital assets such as social media graphics, banner ads, web designs and more

  • Provide meaningful contributions to team and client discussions

  • Present and rationalize concepts both internally and to clients

  • Manage and curate agency & client asset libraries

  • Maintain team processes and organized files

Required Skills

  • Advanced ability to use Adobe CC (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)

  • Familiarity working with Figma, Sketch, Adobe Xd or similar software

  • Strong experience creating email templates and responsive website wireframes, mockups and prototypes

  • Familiarity with digital/web and print execution and limitations

  • Experience with photo manipulation and image optimization

  • Ability to create sophisticated animated GIFs and implement basic animation

  • Experience presenting, providing rationale, and production updates

  • Knowledge of usability and UX best practices

  • Proven experience using and understanding artificial intelligence in the design industry

  • Demonstrate ability to create original design and campaign ideas, then presenting/sharing direction

  • Experience with project management systems and workflows

  • Ability to receive constructive feedback

  • Ability to follow directions and know when to ask questions
