This unique position will require superb relationship skills. This full-time position will be imbedded in both the marketing department and the Loft Advisors division of First Dakota National Bank. Loft Advisors is the fast growing wealth management arm of First Dakota, home to such business lines as Private Banking, Wealth and Trust and Raymond James Investment Services. This position is located in Sioux Falls. Hours include Monday-Friday 8-5.
Duties
Understand assigned bank departments, locations, and product lines and act as primary contact for marketing-related needs
Facilitate Loft events and activities, attendance will periodically be required
Manage Loft Experience client benefits program
Assist with executing marketing strategies and objectives
Collaborate with internal and external teams to ensure campaigns are executed accurately, on time and within budget
Analyze and communicate data-driven insights to develop recommendations to improve customer segmentation and targeting strategies
Assist with content management on all bank websites
Create and manage email marketing opportunities
Provide competitive research data to support bank-wide marketing strategic plan
Manage research to support new bank projects and initiatives
Generate reports and track performance of tactics to meet department and management requests
Daily in office attendance is required
Qualifications

Communicate effectively with various types of clientele, co-workers, departments, and vendors to resolve an assortment of needs.

Ability to research and acquire data to make recommendations on new business opportunities in the wealth management space.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook preferred. Knowledge of Adobe Indesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator is helpful.

Education/Experience
Bachelor’s degree in a related field
5+ years in a marketing environment; financial marketing and or event planning preferred
Thorough knowledge of marketing basics
Knowledge of social media platforms
Experience in social media marketing and sponsored content
Work Environment
Office: The work environment of this job includes interacting with others in an office setting, and the noise level is usually moderate. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to outdoor weather conditions.
Travel is rare but may be needed.
