Lemonly: Account Executive
Lemonly is an infographic design agency based in Sioux Falls, South Dakota. Clear, delightful visual content is our specialty — we create infographics, animated videos, branding, and other sweet visual content to help the world’s best brands tell their stories. We’re passionate about designing amazing visuals and providing a delightful experience for our clients.
We’re looking for a dedicated account executive to hustle and help keep both us and our clients organized. This new Lemonhead will be a natural relationship builder and an excellent communicator who’s excited to work with the Lemonly creative team and our awesome clients.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Build strong personal and professional relationships with clients
Organize, schedule, and oversee client projects from start to finish, keeping projects on time and on budget
Collaborate with the team on strategic recommendations for organic clients to grow and retain existing accounts
Work with the Lemonly team and the client to address creative feedback
Demonstrate a strong understanding of our clients’ industries and business goals
Strategize content ideas and future visual content projects
Identify process improvements for core project deliverables
Facilitate meetings with the Lemonly team and our clients
Manage client invoicing for active projects

Requirements

You can deliver difficult news and solve internal and external problems diplomatically
You project a confident, professional, friendly image that fosters relationships with clients and the Lemonly team
Preferred years of experience: 5+ years
