The Sampson House is looking for a Digital Strategist who thrives at the intersection of creativity, analytics, and innovation. This person will lead our SEO strategy, support paid media planning and buying, and develop data-driven digital plans that help our clients grow their online presence.

Responsibilities
Develop comprehensive digital strategies for clients across industries, incorporating SEO, paid media, web, and content marketing.
Lead SEO strategy and implementation—keyword research, site audits, content optimization, and performance reporting.
Analyze website data and campaign performance to identify insights and optimization opportunities.
Partner with the web development team to improve site architecture, UX, and SEO best practices.
Assist in website content development and optimization to support user experience and conversion goals.
Page building for websites.
Support paid media planning and buying across Google Ads, programmatic display, and paid social platforms.
Track, analyze, and report on performance metrics—translating data into actionable recommendations.
Assist in audience segmentation, retargeting strategies, and conversion tracking setup.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure digital content aligns with strategy and audience intent.
Provide strategic input on social media and content campaigns to enhance visibility and engagement.
Create and manage a social media editorial calendar.
Setting social media strategy: goals, audience targeting, messaging pillars, campaign concepts.
Building content calendars at a strategic level
Strategically organizing copy and information for email marketing campaigns.
Work closely with the internal team to align digital strategy with broader brand objectives.
Contribute to internal process improvements, helping refine how The Sampson House approaches digital strategy and reporting.
Support new business opportunities through research, strategic recommendations, and presentation input.
Represent The Sampson House at various community events including workshops, networking opportunities, speaking events, and client celebrations.
Qualities & Requirements
2–5 years of experience in digital marketing, SEO, or media strategy (agency experience a bonus).
Deep understanding of SEO, SEM, Google Analytics (GA4), and paid media platforms.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into clear insights.
Experience with tools such as Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and SEMrush.
Understanding of UX principles and best practices in website development.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Organized, self-motivated, and naturally curious about digital trends and technology.
