Who you are

  • You have a degree in business administration, advertising, marketing or similar.

  • You have several years of experience in marketing campaigns for a business.

  • You’re passionate about creative ideas and strategy building.

  • You are strongly familiar with email marketing tactics, paid advertising platforms and
    the digital media landscape.

  • You have hands-on experience with email service providers like Mailchimp and
    insightly CRM.

  • You know your way around Microsoft Office Suite.

  • You can confidently navigate a WordPress dashboard to make website edits and
    manipulate the Meta Descriptions.

  • You understand Photoshop and can design or can work closely with a designer to
    create thoughtful visuals to communicate marketing initiatives.

  • You have a Google Ads Certification or 2+ years of experience running Google Ads
    and reading Google Analytics.

  • You possess strong project management skills with the ability to monitor multiple
    projects simultaneously and overcome obstacles.

  • You have excellent written and communication skills.

  • You have a high aptitude for learning new skills and willingness to tackle new
    challenges.

  • You demonstrate ability to interpret complex and detailed concepts to uncover
    actionable insight and communicate these concepts to others.

  • You take pride in being a self-starter with the ability to take projects with little direction and run with them.

What the job involves

  • Building on the track record of success, expand upon an operating marketing
    ecosystem with clear goals.

  • Strategically create and execute annual marketing plans company-wide including
    calendars, budgets, social media, SEO, Google Ads, creative material and visuals,
    signage, newsletters, sponsorships, events, and more.

  • Uphold company brand standards across the many avenues of marketing and
    educate the sales teams on brand best practices. As well as control the company’s
    promotional gear, branded collateral and client gifts.

  • Build email audiences and develop creative ways of lead generation.

  • Plan and execute marketing campaigns focused on real estate selling techniques.

  • Monitor and report campaign results and recommendations to senior level
    management on a regular basis.

  • Work closely with several departments to effectively market a wide variety of
    services to several audiences both B2B and B2C.

  • Numerous divisions and product lines require creativity and unique messaging.

  • Use strategic problem-solving skills to ensure successful campaign launches.

  • Frequently give creative and strategic direction to several external companies and
    professionals. Including photographers and videographers, copywriters and
    designers, web developers, and both digital and traditional media outlets.

  • Be the point person for all the company’s online accounts, subscriptions, social
    pages, association memberships etc.

  • Manage sponsorship and charitable giving requests to advise the owners
    accordingly.

  • Effectively choose real estate listing sites and other advertising opportunities and
    maintain current listings with them as well as monitor and report results.

  • Put together brochures, proposals, and RFPs for the large real estate portfolio
    throughout the company.

  • Analyze the company’s online presence and keep the company website current with
    accurate real estate listings, excellent performing SEO, and creative content to
    enhance user experience.
