VVI: Digital Content Specialist
VVI is looking for a Digital Content Specialist focused on up-to-date content for social media, blogs, eblasts and website landing pages. This role will be heavily involved in the philanthropic and community efforts. We are looking for an individual who has exceptional attention to detail, vision and talent for telling our story, and a passion for helping people in need.
Responsibilities
Ability to work closely with and communicate with team members to identify priorities, products, and content
Create captivating and engaging content to boost event awareness and the mission of non-profits we support using mediums like blogs, emails and website landing pages
Plan and execute social media strategies, create and publish content to a variety of social media platforms for automotive sales, service, individual employees and other topics.
Build and maintain a master content calendar combining all elements of content to ensure that our message stays fresh and on brand while venturing into new and captive ways to engage followers.
Measure and report on results by tracking metrics and insights of each platform
Manage multiple projects effectively and accurately
Self-motivated to look for new, timely and interesting content that our audience will enjoy
Friendly and professional engagement with employees and community members while taking photos or recording video to be used in content
Requirements
Degree in Communications, Marketing or Business
Excellent communication, organizational skills, attention to detail and impeccable accuracy
Experience with all social media platforms including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Snapchat
Experience writing extended length content like blogs, emails, landing pages and advertorials
Experience with graphic design and/or video editing is a plus
Be self-motivated and driven to find content ideas without needing major direction
·Demonstrate a positive, friendly demeanor with a can do attitude
Hours: Monday – Friday from 8am – 5pm. Occasional additional hours needed for events.
Salary Range: $40,000 - $50,000
