Join us at 11:30 a.m., Thursday, April 20, 2023, at the Country Club of Sioux Falls for our April program Beyond Project Teams: Why Relationships Matter For Innovation given by Josh LeFevre.
Project teams fail when those relationships are treated as transactional and time-bound. Innovation is built upon reciprocal relationships of trust and camaraderie. This talk examines how to develop vibrant interpersonal relationships that reduces our ego and increases on-going connection. We’ll explore how these professional relationships look within a start-up and among enterprise teams. Drawing on personal experiences and research, participants will be able to identify clear steps to enhance their relationships, beyond a single project team, to successfully increase innovation and foster long-term satisfaction. Participants, will leave with a framework for developing strong relationships with their peers.
